We ordered a Basket of Cheer to be delivered to a dear friend in Romania. The backet of flowers was lovely, exactly what we expected, delivered on time and in great condition.
I was looking for a reliable and honest flower shop to be send to Puerto Rico and I found ABC FLORA I was kind of hesitant to order flowers from them but it was an excellent and honest company. There was a little error on the address I made a correction immediately to my surprise at 1AM I received an email was updated and the flowers were sent at exact date it was requested. I am very happy I found them.
My order was fulfilled on the date requested and the flower basket was nice, but for this time of year, I expected brightly colored flowers for this festive occasion but the flowers were fall colors which I would not have ordered. Additionally, the chocolates box that I paid for was not delivered to the recipient as per my order, which was very disappointing.

I ordered flowers with the extra purchase of a glass vase. The flowers were received without a vase. I have written back about it twice, and haven't heard anything back. I gave it 3 stars only because the flowers were beautiful.
